目的:研究分步固化ZY1和ZY2赝复硅橡胶的耐老化性能。方法:在分步固化ZY1和ZY2硅橡胶基础之上,经老化试验后测定其粘合强度,利用两层硅橡胶之间涂布Adhesive A作为阳性对照组,评价分步固化ZY1和ZY2硅橡胶的耐老化性能,并进行统计学分析。结果:实验组和阳性对照组老化后的粘合强度均较老化前有所下降,但破坏方式仍然是内聚破坏;实验组老化后粘合强度变化百分率绝对值低于阳性对照组。结论:ZY1和ZY2硅橡胶经分步固化后仍具有良好的耐老化性能。
Objective: To study the anti-aging properties of ZY1 and ZY2 silicone rubber. Methods: The adhesion strength of ZY1 and ZY2 silicone rubber was determined by aging test. Adhesive A was applied between two layers of silicone rubber as positive control group to evaluate the effects of curing ZY1 and ZY2 silicone rubber Aging resistance, and statistical analysis. Results: The adhesive strength of the experimental group and the positive control group after aging was lower than that before aging, but the failure mode was still cohesive failure. The absolute percentage of change of adhesive strength after aging in the experimental group was lower than that of the positive control group. Conclusion: ZY1 and ZY2 silicone rubber still have good anti-aging performance after curing step by step.
