近年来,部分农村中小学,特别是经济相对落后地区的中小学生源减少、教师流失、教学质量下滑、办学规模萎缩,给城乡教育均衡发展和教育现代化推进带来一定困难。究其原因,人们日益增长的优质教育需求与严重短缺的优质教育资源矛盾首当其冲。优质教育资源不仅包括校舍、场地、设施、设备等有形的教育资产,还包括教育理念、教育经验、教育技能等无形的教育影响
In recent years, the number of primary and secondary school students in some rural primary and secondary schools, especially in the economically backward areas, has decreased, teachers have been lost, the teaching quality has been declining, and the scale of running schools has been shrinking. This has brought some difficulties to the balanced development of urban and rural education and the promotion of educational modernization. The reason for this is that the contradiction between the growing demand for quality education and the shortage of quality educational resources is the primary one. Quality educational resources include not only tangible educational assets such as school buildings, venues, facilities and equipment, but also invisible educational influences such as educational philosophy, educational experience and educational skills
