本文运用理论联系实际的方法,通过对K公司薪酬体系现状的分析,找出其存在的主要问题,运用全面薪酬理论和宽带薪酬理论,吸收其他先进的薪酬设计技术和方法,设计了一套与K公司相符合,并适应现代市场经济环境的薪酬方案。
This article uses the method of theory and practice to find out its main problems by analyzing the status quo of K company’s salary system. By using the comprehensive salary theory and broadband pay theory, it absorbs other advanced salary design techniques and methods and designs a set of K companies comply with and adapt to the modern market economy environment pay programs.
