一、培训资源整合化 培训中心有效整合培训资源,是参与竞争制胜的基础。首先,培训中心要优化整合内部资源,采取加强教研交流活动、继续教育培训、企业调研或挂职锻炼和鼓励自学成才等办法对现有教师和鼓励自学成才等办法对现有教师队伍加紧培养,努力建设一支素质优良、高效精干的既懂理论知识,又掌握丰富实践经验的“双师型”、复合型的教师队伍,以适应培训市场化发展的需要。其次,我国加入WTO后,培训市场呈现开放性,培训中心应善于进行外部资源的整合,借助外部优势资源的有益补充,本着合作双赢的目标,实现资源共享,优势互补,以培训中心有限的资源调动社会
