通过优化酚类物质检测中的萃取溶剂比例等实验参数,建立气相色谱快速测定生活饮用水中4种氯酚类化合物残留的方法。结果表明:提取溶剂为环己烷:乙酸乙酯=4∶1,4种消毒副产物灵敏度大幅提高,该法操作简单,适用于水样批量检测。通过方法学验证的结果显示,4种目标物在相应浓度范围内的线性关系良好(R~2>0.998),检出限为0.03μg/L(五氯酚)~1.0μg/L(2-氯酚),定量限为0.1μg/L(五氯酚)~2.5μg/L(2-氯酚);不同浓度水平的加标回收率在81.2%~95.6%范围内,相对标准偏差为0.93%~3.25%(n=5)。
By optimizing the parameters of the extraction solvent in the detection of phenolic compounds and other experimental parameters, a method for the rapid determination of four chlorophenolic compounds in drinking water by gas chromatography was established. The results showed that the sensitivity of four kinds of disinfection by-products such as cyclohexane: ethyl acetate = 4:1 was greatly increased. The method is simple in operation and is suitable for batch detection of water samples. The results of methodological validation showed that the linearity of the four target compounds was good (R ~ 2> 0.998) with the detection limits of 0.03μg / L (PCP) ~ 1.0μg / L (2- The limit of quantification was 0.1μg / L (PCP) ~ 2.5μg / L (2-CP).
