自治区人民代表大会常务委员会:宁夏回族自治区第十一届人大常委会第七次会议于2013年11月26日对《宁夏回族自治区人口与计划生育条例(修正案草案)》(以下简称修正案草案)进行了审议。鉴于当时全国人大常委会即将作出调整完善生育政策的决议,经常委会主任会议研究决定,修正案草案暂不提请常委会第七次会议表决。会后,由常委会领导带领的修正案草案立法调研组就修正案草案所涉有关生育间隔期问题分别赴吴忠市、固原市进行了专题调研。在此基础上,法工委研究提出了修正案草案修改初步 Autonomous Region People’s Congress Standing Committee: Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, the Seventh National People’s Congress Standing Committee on November 26, 2013 on the “Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Population and Family Planning Regulations (Amendment Bill)” (hereinafter referred to as the draft amendment ).
