为了了解和掌握国内船用大马力柴油机气缸套离心铸造工艺的现状、动态及质量,我们于1980年10月走访了一些生产船用柴油机气缸套的工厂,了解了175、230、260、270、300、350、390、430等型气缸套的离心铸造工艺及质量,且与一些单位交流了为改善离心铸造缸套质量所进行的工作和取得的经验,有一些收获。但是由于时间匆忙,难免走马观花,许多情况了解得不甚深入,一些数据更未精确核对,很可能有所谬误。现将调研的情况和我们的一些初步看法简要综述如下。
In order to understand and grasp the status quo, dynamics and quality of centrifugal chisel casting of marine high-horsepower diesel engine cylinders in China, we visited a number of factories producing marine diesel cylinder liners in October 1980 and learned about 175,230,260,270,300, 350,390,430 type cylinder liner centrifugal casting process and quality, and with some units to exchange for improving the quality of centrifugal casting cylinder work done and the experience gained some. However, due to the hurry of time, it is inevitable that many things will not be understood in depth. Some of the data may not be collated precisely and may be fallacious. Now a brief overview of the research and some of our preliminary observations are as follows.
