目的探讨血清胱抑素C、脑钠肽(BNP)与冠脉硬化性心脏病心功能分级的关系。方法选取本院心内科确诊的冠脉硬化性心脏病患者100例为研究对象(观察组),分析血清Cys C及BNP水平与心功能分级的关系,同期选取健康对照组60例,比较2组血清Cys C及BNP水平。结果观察组患者Cys C和BNP水平分别为(1.58±0.34)mg/L和(429.33±94.29)pg/m L,均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随着心功能分级的增加,Cys C水平和BNP水平明显增加,其均与NYHA心功能分级呈明显正相关(P<0.05)。结论血清Cys C和BNP水平均与高血压合并冠脉硬化患者心功能分级具有明显相关性,可作为反映冠脉硬化性心脏病患者心脏功能的重要指标之一。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum cystatin C, brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) and cardiac function in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 100 patients with coronary heart disease diagnosed in our hospital were selected as the study group (observation group). The relationship between serum Cys C and BNP level and the grade of cardiac function was analyzed. Sixty healthy control subjects were selected during the same period, Serum Cys C and BNP levels. Results The levels of Cys C and BNP in observation group were (1.58 ± 0.34) mg / L and (429.33 ± 94.29) pg / m L, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05) Cardiac function classification increased, Cys C levels and BNP levels increased significantly, which were positively correlated with NYHA cardiac function (P <0.05). Conclusions Serum levels of Cys C and BNP are significantly correlated with the grade of cardiac function in patients with hypertension and coronary atherosclerosis and may be used as an important index to reflect the cardiac function in patients with coronary heart disease.
