介绍了三峡右岸电站H9000V4.0自动电压控制(AVC)的运行模式、调节模式、无功目标值获取方法、无功目标值分配方法和AVC相关条件。为了保证无功平稳调节到目标值,采用无功补偿和无功跟踪策略;针对目前电网很难给出确定的电压无功调差系数的问题,提出采用自学习自适应求解调差系数的方法;对于无功分配,采用修正等功率因数分配法。同时考虑了AVC与自动发电控制(AGC)的关系,采取相应的措施保证无功平稳调节。文中介绍的方法经过三峡右岸AVC运行检验,证明是行之有效的。
This paper introduces the operation mode, adjustment mode, acquisition method of reactive power target value, reactive power target value allocation method and AVC related conditions of H9000V4.0 automatic voltage control (AVC) of Three Gorges Right Bank Power Station. In order to ensure the reactive power to be steadily adjusted to the target value, the reactive power compensation and reactive tracking strategy are adopted. In view of the fact that it is difficult to provide a definite voltage reactive power transfer coefficient at present in the power grid, a self-learning adaptive demodulation coefficient Method; for reactive power distribution, using modified power factor distribution method. At the same time, the relationship between AVC and automatic generation control (AGC) is taken into account and corresponding measures are taken to ensure smooth adjustment of reactive power. The method described in this paper is validated by the AVC operation test on the right bank of the Three Gorges.
