目的:研究鄂西苍术挥发油成分。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,GC毛细管柱色谱法进行分析,归一化法测定其相对含量,气相色谱-质谱联用技术辅助人工检索鉴定其化学成分。结果:共分离和鉴定了23个化合物,主要成分为[1aR-(1a.α,4.α,4a.β,7b.α)]-1a,2,3,4,4a,5,6,7b-八氢-1,1,4,7-四甲基-1-氢-环丙烯并[e]薁(34.628%)、γ-榄香烯(18.932%)、10S,11S-雪松烷-3(12),4-二烯(12.022%)、[4aR-(4a.α,7.α,8a.β)]-十氢-4a-甲基-1-亚甲基-7-异丙烯萘(10.211%)、(S)-3,4,4a,5,6,7,8,9-八氢-4a-甲基-2氢-苯并环庚烯-2-酮(4.939%)、脱氢香橙烯(4.028%)、石竹烯(3.703%)、α-石竹烯(2.373%)等。结论:鄂西苍术挥发油的主要化学成分为倍半萜类化合物。
Objective: To study the volatile oil components of herb in western Hubei Province. Methods: Volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation and analyzed by GC capillary column chromatography. The relative content was determined by normalization method. The chemical constituents were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) with manual retrieval. Results: Twenty-three compounds were isolated and identified as main components [1aR- (1a.α, 4.α, 4a.β, 7b.α)] - 1a, 2,3,4,4a, (34.628%), γ-elemene (18.932%), 10S, 11S-cedrene - 7-octahydro- 1,1,4,7-tetramethyl- (4a.α, 7.α, 8a.β)] - decahydro-4a-methyl-1 -methylene-7-isopropene (12.022% Naphthalene (10.211%), (S) -3,4,4a, 5,6,7,8,9-octahydro-4a-methyl-2hydro-benzocyclohepten-2-one (4.939%) (4.028%), Caryophyllene (3.703%), α-Caryophyllene (2.373%) and so on. CONCLUSION: The main chemical constituents of the volatile oil of herb in western Hubei are sesquiterpenoids.
