本文采取投喂不同蛋白含量饲料的方法,对草鱼部分生化指标的变化情况进行研究,以期为草鱼饲料蛋白质的合理添加量提供参考。1材料与方法1.1试验用鱼选择体表无伤、体质健壮的草鱼作为试验用鱼,经2%食盐水消毒后暂养两周开始试验,周期为8周。试验用鱼体长为20.87±2.49cm,体重为118.19±16.53g。试验鱼分3组,分别投喂蛋白含量为28%、33%、38%的膨化饲料,除蛋白质外,其他饲料成分相同。1.2试验方法1.2.
