山西长治市共辖13个县(区),290多万人口。其中,农村人口占到80％以上。随着市管县工作的开始,1986年,我们适时地把卫生工作的重点转到农村。全市初级卫生保健工作的改革探索经过5年多时间的整体推进,取得了阶段性成效。分步到位一是全面整顿农村基层卫生组织。目的是想从根本上解决农村缺医少药的问题。从1986年起,通过一年多的努力,全市3504个行政村建立了卫生所3479个。其中,甲级卫生所达到45.4％。配备了乡村医
Changzhi City, Shanxi Province has jurisdiction over 13 counties (districts) and has a population of more than 2.9 million. Among them, the rural population accounts for more than 80%.
