在对比分析常规游梁式抽油机与异相型抽油机结构参数的基础上,提出将CYJ12-4.2-73HB型常规游梁式抽油机改造成异相型抽油机的具体方案:将常规机的曲柄、曲柄销和连杆,用12型异相抽油机的曲柄、曲柄销和连杆替代,并将横梁与游梁连接的轴承座前移。这样改造既解决了在用常规机配件供应匮乏的问题,又可节约可观的设备购置资金。现场使用情况表明,改造成的异相型机运行平稳可靠,冲程增加7%,相应提高了油井产液量和采油时率,并具有一定的节能效果。
