塔河油田碳酸盐岩缝洞型油藏,油井深度在5000m-7000m之间,油田污水具有矿化度高、pH值低、腐蚀性强、含铁高等特点,处理成本较高,处理后污水水质较差,同时也造成污水系统腐蚀、结垢严重,地面主水管线穿孔频繁。通过室内对微生物污水处理进行研究,为油田高矿化度污水回注地层提供了经济合理的处理方式,同时减少注水系统腐蚀、结垢,从而为实现塔河油田高矿化度污水处理提供了室内理论依据,降低高矿化度污水对注水系统的腐蚀、结垢及对地层的污染,达到了保护环境的目的。
The carbonate fractured-hole reservoirs in Tahe Oilfield have oil well depth of 5000m-7000m. The oilfield wastewater has the characteristics of high salinity, low pH value, strong corrosiveness and high iron content. The treatment cost is high. After treatment Sewage water quality is poor, but also cause the sewage system corrosion, serious scaling, frequent ground perforation of the main water pipelines. Through the study of microbial sewage treatment indoors, it provides an economical and reasonable treatment method for the injection of high salinity wastewater into the formation and reduces the corrosion and fouling of water injection system, thus providing high salinity sewage treatment in Tahe Oilfield Indoor theoretical basis to reduce the high salinity of sewage water system corrosion, scaling and formation contamination, reaching the purpose of environmental protection.
