介绍了发动机旋转机械内部过冷水滴轨迹的三维数值计算方法,阐述了旋转坐标系下气流及粒子的运动规律。采用ANSYS-CFX软件及其粒子输运模型,对某发动机风扇转子叶片外围空气及水滴流场进行了数值模拟。利用水滴的速度矢量、撞击区域等参数表征水滴的撞击特性,获得了转速、水滴直径等对风扇叶片表面水滴撞击特性的影响:水滴撞击区域集中在风扇叶片迎风面叶盆侧,且水滴撞击区域随着转速的增加而减小;水滴在叶片表面的撞击范围随着水滴直径的增大而减小。
The three-dimensional numerical calculation method of the subcooling water droplets trajectory in the rotating machinery is introduced. The air flow and particle motion in the rotating coordinate system are expounded. ANSYS-CFX software and its particle transport model were used to simulate the air and water droplet flow around the rotor blades of an engine fan. The impact characteristics of water droplets were characterized by the velocity vector of water droplets and the impact area, and the influence of rotational speed and water droplet diameter on the impact characteristics of droplet on the surface of fan blades was obtained. The impact area of water droplets concentrated on the windward edge of fan blade, Decreases with the increase of rotational speed; the impact range of water droplet on blade surface decreases with the increase of droplet diameter.
