最近几年,国内的航天事业发展突飞猛进,航天企业逐渐向新的发展方向和目标靠拢,急需建立健全全面的生产管理机制,以辅助航天企业的生产管理和经营模式转变。本文对比了国内外航天制造企业,着重介绍在航天企业中,实行全面生产管理方面的一系列问题,并且针对我国现有的航天企业生产管理模式尝试性的讨论了应该如何优化改革和管理,从而提高企业的生产效率,实现人性化和自动化的统一。
In recent years, the development of China’s space industry has been advancing by leaps and bounds. As aerospace enterprises gradually move closer to new directions and goals, they urgently need to establish and improve a sound and comprehensive production management mechanism to assist the aerospace enterprises in their production management and business model changes.
