目的:探究厚朴三物汤化裁对脾胃壅滞证2型糖尿病患者的降糖效果,重点观察其对患者炎性因子水平的影响。方法:将我院收治的脾胃壅滞证2型糖尿病患者120例随机分为对照组和观察组患者各60例,对照组患者给予盐酸二甲双胍片内服,观察组患者则加用厚朴三物汤化裁内服,15 d为1个疗程,连续治疗4个疗程。观察两组患者的临床症状,评价证候积分,监测血糖指标、胰岛素抵抗的变化,计算有效率,检测患者炎性因子水平的变化情况。结果:观察组患者临床症状改善优于对照组患者,其证候积分显著低于对照组患者,有效率91.7%较对照组有效率76.7%显著增高(P<0.05);观察组患者的降糖效果明显优于对照组患者,胰岛素抵抗亦较对照组显著改善,其血糖FPG、2h PG、Hb A1C、FINS、HOMA-IR水平较对照组患者显著降低(P<0.05);观察组患者炎性因子hsCRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平较对照组患者显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:厚朴三物汤化裁具有良好的降糖效果,能缓解患者症状,其机制可能与降低炎性因子水平有一定相关性,值得临床深入研究推广。
Objective: To investigate the Hypoglycemic effect of Houpu Sanwu Decoction on patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with Stagnation of Stagnation of Stagnation of Stagnation Syndrome, and to observe its effect on inflammatory cytokines in patients. Methods: 120 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and spleen stagnation syndrome admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into control group (60 cases) and observation group (60 cases). Patients in the control group were treated with metformin hydrochloride tablets orally. Patients in the observation group were treated with Houpu Sanwu Decoction Discrimination Oral, 15 d for a course of treatment, continuous treatment 4 courses. The clinical symptoms, the score of syndromes, the changes of blood glucose and insulin resistance were observed. The effective rate was calculated and the level of inflammatory cytokines in the patients was measured. Results: The improvement of clinical symptoms in the observation group was superior to that in the control group, and its syndrome score was significantly lower than that of the control group. The effective rate was 91.7%, significantly higher than that of the control group 76.7% (P <0.05) Compared with the control group, the insulin resistance was significantly improved, and the levels of FPG, 2h PG, Hb A1C, FINS and HOMA-IR were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05) The levels of hsCRP, IL-6 and TNF-α were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The curative effect of Houpu Sanwu Decoction has a good hypoglycemic effect, which can relieve the symptoms of the patients. The mechanism may be related to the reduction of the level of inflammatory cytokines, which deserves to be further studied and popularized in clinic.
