用激光多普勒血流计经胃镜测定了108例正常对照者、81例胃溃疡,180例溃疡和9例外胃息肉摘除后溃疡患者GDMBF。结果表明:正常人粘膜血流量胃大弯高于胃小弯;胃角、胃窦小弯和球部前壁最低(P<0.01)。活动期胃溃疡GMBF明显降低,愈合期增加(P<0.01)。球溃疡在活动期GDMBF明显增加,随着溃疡愈合而降至正常。胃息肉摘除后溃疡则无变化。三种溃疡其中央和边缘血流量在活动期显著降低(P<0.01),愈合期增加。本研究表明GMBF在消化性溃疡的发生和愈合中起着重要作用。
The GDMBF of 108 normal controls, 81 gastric ulcer, 180 ulcer patients and 9 gastric ulcer patients after extirpation were determined by laser Doppler flowmeter. The results showed that the gastric mucosal blood flow was higher than that of the gastric lesser curvature in the normal mucosa; the angle of the stomach, the small curvature of the antrum and the anterior wall of the ball were the lowest (P <0.01). Active gastric ulcer GMBF was significantly reduced, the healing period increased (P <0.01). Ball ulcer in the active phase GDMBF increased significantly, with ulcers healing to normal. Gastric polyp ulcer after no change. The central and peripheral blood flow of the three ulcers decreased significantly during the active phase (P <0.01), and the healing period increased. This study shows that GMBF plays an important role in the pathogenesis and healing of peptic ulcer.
