本文叙述了用离子选择电极直接测定动物饲料中氟化物的方法。此法先用盐酸提取饲料中氟化物,再用柠檬酸钠与醋酸钠缓冲液调节pH及溶液中的总离子强度,加柠檬酸钠并可作络合剂隐蔽干扰离子。虽此法原理简单,但实验应特别小心。样品的重量和1M盐酸的体积是样品完全溶解的关键,当样品中氟化物大干50%时,应另称取适当重量的样品再分析。当读溶液的毫伏值时,标准液与样品液的搅拌速度应相近,并须不使溶液中气泡集聚。在搅拌器马达上,应复以隔热板,以免影响分析液的温度变化。本法通过8个实验室进行了平行协作分析。其分析法是:
This article describes the direct determination of fluoride in animal feed using ion-selective electrodes. This method first with hydrochloric acid extract feed fluoride, and then sodium citrate and sodium acetate buffer to adjust the pH and total ionic strength of the solution, add sodium citrate and can be used as a complexing agent to conceal interference ions.
