无游梁塔架式胶带传动长冲程抽油机由曲柄-连杆-滑块机构、动滑轮-窄胶带-定滑轮机构和复合滚筒增程机构组成。在给出这种抽油机工作机构和传动原理的基础上,进行了运动分析和动力分析,并阐述了确定基本参数和机构尺寸的方法。实例设计和综合分析表明,这种抽油机的动力性能优于游梁式抽油机和其他无游梁抽油机,具有扭矩小、平衡效果好、重量轻、可靠性高等优点。
No beam tower rack belt drive long-stroke pumping unit by the crank - connecting rod - slider mechanism, movable pulley - narrow tape - fixed pulley mechanism and the composite roller extension mechanism. Based on the working mechanism and transmission principle of such pumping unit, the kinematic analysis and dynamic analysis are carried out, and the methods for determining the basic parameters and the size of the mechanism are described. The example design and the comprehensive analysis show that this kind of pumping unit has better dynamic performance than the beam pumping unit and other beamless pumping units. It has the advantages of small torque, good balance effect, light weight and high reliability.
