社交媒体对公共图书馆信息服务具有重要影响,文章以深圳市福田区的229份调查问卷为基础,实证分析了公共图书馆微信平台信息服务的影响因素,并结合调查对象对各个影响因素指标的评分结果,提出通过提高信息内容原创性、增加信息展示多样化、扩展服务范围等方法提升公共图书馆微信平台的信息服务效果.
