200965 肝细胞生长刺激物质(HSS)介导阿霉素对人肝癌细胞裸鼠移植瘤的作用及其对c-met癌基因的影响/杨秀疆…//实用肿瘤杂志.-1999,14(6).-333~335 裸鼠移植瘤腹腔内注射化疗药物及HSS 2周,病理学及免疫组化法检查C-met癌基因。结果:中剂量阿霉索(ADM)(0.25μg/gbw)联合HSS抑瘤率达72%,单用大剂量ADM(0.50μg/gbw)无明显作用,但不良反应明显,单用HSS无抑瘤及刺激增生作用。裸鼠移植瘤组织表达C-met癌基因,HSS单用组对C-met影响不大,中剂量联合组C-met表达明显。认为:HSS介导中剂量ADM的抑瘤效用可能与影响C-met的表达有关。中剂量联合方法疗效较高,既

RESULTS: The inhibitory rate of mid-dose ADM (0.25 μg/gbw) combined with HSS was 72%, and no significant effect was observed with high-dose ADM alone (0.50 μg/gbw), but the adverse reactions were obvious.
