对高温热管翅在不同功率下起动与运行性能进行实验研究,给出各种功率下高温热管翅的壁面温度分布及相应的温差分布。结果表明该高温热管翅在不同功率下连续工作稳定,无异常现象,没有遇到声速传热极限、携带极限、毛细极限的制约。即使功率的瞬态变化使高温热管翅的壁面温度分布有波动,但对温差的平均值影响很小,高温热管翅的传热性能趋于稳定。
Experimental study on the start-up and running performance of high-temperature heat pipe fin at different power shows the wall temperature distribution and corresponding temperature distribution of the high-temperature heat pipe fin under various power levels. The results show that the high-temperature heat-pipe fin is stable under different power without any abnormal phenomenon, without the restriction of the speed of heat transfer, the carrying limit and the capillary limit. Even if the transient change of power causes the temperature distribution of the wall of the high temperature heat pipe fin to fluctuate, it has little effect on the average value of the temperature difference, and the heat transfer performance of the high temperature heat pipe fin tends to be stable.
