一、脱模蒸养工艺参数探索(一)按带模蒸养制度对试块脱模养护,静停2小时后放进试验养护箱,通蒸汽升温养护,当介质温度达50℃时,试块出现细微裂纹,随着温度上升到100℃,微裂纹蔓延宽化,面层按圆弧形向四周膨胀,待24小时养护结束,试块由于前述各项因素所形成的膨胀而产生结构破坏。(二)纯干热养护试验。试块拆除边模放入养护箱,用干热管升温2小时至100℃,使试件处在干热恒温中干燥。结果见表1:
