音乐教育实践性很强,长期以来,技能展示是其教育水平和成就的主要标志,与技能并存的理论教育一直处于劣势。随着艺术教育的改革与发展,这一现象正在得到改变。近年来,教育部和省级教育厅举办了一系列大学生艺术展演活动,这些既注重艺术实践、也注重艺术科研和艺术领导与管理的大型赛事均设立了不同的奖项。然而,笔者访谈基层十所音乐院校后发现,关于这些展演赛事获奖的认定与奖励却业已成为相关各方关注的突出问题。认定奖励的问题参加大学生艺术展演并获得奖项是所有参赛单位和参赛者的梦想与追求。本文
Music education is very practical. For a long time, skill display is the main symbol of its educational level and achievements. Theoretical education coexisting with skills has always been at a disadvantage. With the reform and development of art education, this phenomenon is being changed. In recent years, the Ministry of Education and the Provincial Department of Education have organized a series of student art exhibitions, which set different awards for major events that focus not only on artistic practice but also on artistic research and art leadership and management. However, when I interviewed ten music schools at the grassroots level, I found that the recognition and rewards of these award-winning exhibition events have become prominent issues of concern to all parties concerned.
