目的:建立西帕依固龈液的质量标准。方法:以没食子酸为指标,采用TLC法对西帕依固龈液进行定性鉴别,采用福林酚试剂法和高效液相色潽法分别测定西帕依固龈液中总多酚和没食子酸的含量。结果:使用硅胶GF254薄层板,甲苯-乙酸乙酯-甲酸(6∶3∶1)为展开剂,以1%的三氯化铁乙醇溶液为显色剂,在薄层色谱中检出西帕依固龈液中的没食子酸。10个批次的西帕依固龈液中总多酚平均含量为9.77 mg/m L,RSD为1.58%。采用Shim-pack PREP色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-1%磷酸,检测波长为273 nm,西帕依固龈液中没食子酸与其他成分分离度良好。结论:该方法简便、准确、专属性强,能够有效控制西帕依固龈液的质量,为西帕依固龈液的质量标准完善提供依据和参考。
OBJECTIVE: To establish the quality standards for Xipay gingival fluid. Methods: Gallic acid was used as an index to qualitatively identify the Xipayi gingival fluid by TLC method. The total polyphenols and gallic acid in the Xipayi gingival fluid were determined by Folin phenol reagent and HPLC respectively. Content. Results: Silica gel GF254 TLC plate, toluene - ethyl acetate - formic acid (6: 3: 1) was used as developing solvent and 1% Pa according to gingival fluid in the gallic acid. The average total polyphenols in 10 batches of xipayi gingival fluid was 9.77 mg / m L with a RSD of 1.58%. The Shim-pack PREP column was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-1% phosphoric acid and the detection wavelength was 273 nm. The dissociation of gallic acid in the sipalid gingival solution from other components was good. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and specific, which can effectively control the quality of Xipay gingival fluid and provide the basis and reference for the improvement of the quality standard of Xipayi gingival fluid.
