应用免疫组化法检测15例正常结肠粘膜,40例结肠腺瘤及40例结肠癌组织的p53,c-erbB2和CEA的表达。结果发现:结肠癌患者p53,c-erbB2及CEA的阳性表达率均显著高于腺瘤(P<0.01)。p53阳性表达在不典型增生腺瘤患者中,重度显著高于轻度病例(P<0.01);在结肠腺癌患者中低分化显著高于高分化病例(P<0.05);CEA的新型单克隆抗体col-1对结肠癌的敏感性和特异性均高,阳性表达率为85%;三个蛋白的同步检测有协同性和互补性
Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of p53, c-erbB2 and CEA in 15 cases of normal colon mucosa, 40 cases of colon adenoma and 40 cases of colon cancer tissues. The results showed that the positive expression rates of p53, c-erbB2 and CEA in colon cancer patients were significantly higher than those in adenomas (P<0.01). The positive expression of p53 in patients with dysplasia was significantly higher than that in mild cases (P<0.01). The poor differentiation in patients with colonic adenocarcinoma was significantly higher than that in well-differentiated cases (P<0.05); CEA The novel monoclonal antibody col-1 has high sensitivity and specificity for colon cancer, with a positive expression rate of 85%; synchronous detection of three proteins has synergy and complementarity.
