基于能力培养的理论根源,结合南阳理工学院近年来的教学改革实践,针对课程内容、教学方法、教学模式、考核模式等的改革措施,探讨基于能力培养的教学模式对于教学内容、学生专业知识培养以及师生互动等方面的重要意义,最终目标是提高学生的专业能力,使课程的设置更加适应新时期的发展需要,培养学生成为社会需求的“具有成为卓越工程师潜质”的人才。
Based on the theoretical origins of ability cultivation and in light of the teaching reform practice of Nanyang Institute of Technology in recent years, aiming at the reform measures of curriculum content, teaching methods, teaching mode and examination mode, this paper probes into the teaching mode based on ability cultivation for teaching contents and students’ professional knowledge training And the interaction between teachers and students. The ultimate goal is to improve the students’ professional abilities, to adapt the curriculum to the development needs of the new era and to cultivate the students who become the social needs of “having the potential to become outstanding engineers.”
