FBXW7基因编码F-box蛋白家族的一员,广泛存在于人体各组织细胞中,包括FBXW7α、FBXW7β、FBXW7γ等三个不同的亚型,是Skp1-Cul1-F-box类泛素连接酶E3复合体中能够特异性识别底物的关键因子。在细胞周期进程、细胞增殖、细胞凋亡中起重要调控作用。近期有研究证实,FBXW7在血管内皮细胞迁移,发生炎症和内皮屏障完整性,血管的生成以及形成动脉粥样硬化斑块等方面具有重要作用。深入了解FBXW7及其在冠心病中的作用将为治疗提供新的思路和策略。“,”The FBXW7 gene encodes a protein what is a member of F-box family.FBXW7 presents in human tissues and cells wide-ly,and it consists of FBXW7α,FBXW7β,FBXW7γthree different subtypes .The FBXW7 as a key factor of Skp1-Cul1-F-box ubiquitin ligase E3 complex recognizes substrate specifically .FBXW7 plays an important regulatory role in cell cycle progression ,cell proliferation and apop-tosis.It is documented that FBXW 7 also has an essential role in endothelial cell migration ,inflammation and endothelial barrier integrity ,an-giogenesis and formation of atherosclerotic plaques .Further research into FBXW7 and its role in coronary heart disease will provide new ideas and methods may help to improve treatment .
