含Ⅰ型血小板结合蛋白基序的解聚蛋白样金属蛋白酶ADAMTSs( a disintegrin and metalloproteinase with thrombospondin-like motifs)是一类依赖Zn 2+的分泌型多结构域蛋白水解酶,在组织形态形成、病理性重塑、炎症反应和血管病生理等方面起着重要作用。人类的ADAMTSs家族包含19个成员,其中蛋白聚糖酶ADAMTS-1、4、5、7、8、9、13、15与心血管系统疾病的发生发展关系密切。现综述近几年ADAMTSs家族与心血管疾病关系的研究进展。“,”A disintegrin and metalloproteinase with thrombospondin-like motifs(ADAMTSs),a novel family of metalloproteinases that includes 19 members in humans ,evolved as a non-integral membrane proteins and multi-domain proteins with common structural motifs that include a special catalytic domain with Zn binding site .ADAMTSs is associated with a variety of physiological and pathological processes , which play a very important role in tissue morphogenesis and patho-physiological remodeling ,in inflammation and in vascular biology .This re-view provides a perspective on the relevance of ADAMTSs family to the cardiovascular disease .
