用肺功能仪等测定 2 6例肺癌病人雾化吸入ATP前、吸入后即刻和 15min时的通气功能、血压、心率和血氧饱和度。用放射性气溶胶吸入扫描法测定 30例肺癌病人雾化吸入ATP和生理盐水后呼吸道粘液纤毛清除功能 (mucociliaryclearance,MCC)的变化。肺癌病人雾化吸入ATP后即刻和 15min时呼吸道的通气功能、血压、心率和血氧饱和度与雾化吸入前相比无明显变化 ;雾化吸入ATP后肺癌病人的MCC有一定程度的增加 ,而雾化吸入生理盐水 (载体 )后MCC无显著变化。研究表明 ,雾化吸入ATP在短时间内可以增强肺癌病人的粘液纤毛清除功能 ,而且副作用小、安全性好、容易操作 ,有望成为临床上治疗MCC障碍所致疾病的一种方法。
Pulmonary function tests were used to determine the ventilatory function, blood pressure, heart rate, and blood oxygen saturation of 26 patients with lung cancer before and after inhalation of ATP. The changes of mucociliary clearance (MCC) in the respiratory tract after aerosol inhalation of ATP and saline in 30 patients with lung cancer were determined by radioactive aerosol inhalation scanning. There was no significant change in ventilation function, blood pressure, heart rate, and oxygen saturation of airway in patients with lung cancer immediately after inhalation of ATP and at 15 minutes after inhalation of ATP; the MCC of lung cancer patients increased to some extent after inhalation of ATP. There was no significant change in MCC after inhalation of saline (carrier). Studies have shown that nebulized inhaled ATP can enhance mucociliary clearance in patients with lung cancer in a short period of time, with less side effects, good safety, and easy operation, and is expected to become a method for clinical treatment of diseases caused by MCC disorders.
