测定了39例NIDDM患者及32例对照者的血糖代谢指标(FBG、GHb、HbA_1c、果糖胺)和血脂代谢指标(TG、TC、HDL-ch、HDL_2-ch、ApoA_1、ApoB、Lp(a)、糖化低密度脂蛋白)。结果表明,糖代谢控制差的NIDDM患者血脂改变以TG、TC、LDL-C、ApoB糖化低密度脂蛋白为最显著。LDL的非酶促糖化在NIDDM患者的糖代谢与脂代谢之间起着重要的联系作用,NIDDM患者的脂代谢紊乱与糖代谢的控制好坏密切相关。
