矿山是有色金属工业的基础。提高矿山领导干部的管理水平是促进有色金属工业发展的重要关键。国家有色金属工业管理总局为顺利完成调整时期有色金属工业的各项任务,从1981年6～12月先后在江西西华山钨矿开办了三期全国重点有色矿山领导干部轮训班。参加轮训的单位有辽宁、湖南、广东、云南、山西、新疆等十二个省和自治区的36个重点有色矿山党委书记,正、副矿长,总工程师,坑长,区长和科长等263人。
Mines are the foundation of the non-ferrous metals industry. Improving the management level of the leading cadres in mines is the key to promote the development of the non-ferrous metal industry. In order to successfully accomplish the tasks of adjusting the non-ferrous metal industry in the period, State Non-Ferrous Metals Administration of China held three training courses for leading cadres of key non-ferrous mines from June to December 1981 in Xihua Mountain, Jiangxi Province. The units participating in the rotation training are Party Secretary of 36 key non-ferrous mines in Liaoning, Hunan, Guangdong, Yunnan, Shanxi, Xinjiang and other 12 provinces and autonomous regions, plus, deputy chief miners, chief engineers, pit chiefs, mayors and section chiefs 263 people.
