企业文化是企业在长期生产经营过程中逐步形成与发展的,带有本企业特征的企业经营哲学,即以价值观念和思维方式为核心所生成的企业规范、道德规范、风俗习惯和传统的有机统一。企业文化的要点是人本管理,它可以分为企业精神文化、企业制度文化、企业行为文化和企业物质文化。企业文化的核心是企业精神文化,即它的价值观念、思维方式,它既是企业的追求,也是企业个性的体现。
