报道了天然高级烷醇混合物含量分析的气相色谱方法,并测定了从蜂蜡和蔗蜡中分离提取的天然高级烷醇混合物含量。采用5%SE-30/ShimaliteW(AW-DMCS)-80～100目固定相填充柱,270℃恒温分离,FID检测器测定;选择二十六烷作为内标物内标法定量;各组分回收率95.3%～105.0%,相对标准偏差2.10%～7.22%。该分析方法操作简单,易于推广应用,适应于产品的常规分析与质控研究。
The gas chromatographic method for the analysis of the contents of natural higher alkanols was reported and the contents of natural higher alkanols isolated and extracted from beeswax and cane wax were determined. The column was packed with 5% SE-30 / ShimaliteW (AW-DMCS) -80 ~ 100 mesh stationary phase and was separated by thermostat at 270 ℃ with FID detector. The content of hexacosane was determined by internal standard method. The recoveries ranged from 95.3% to 105.0% with relative standard deviations from 2.10% to 7.22%. The analysis method is simple to operate, easy to popularize and apply, and is suitable for routine analysis and quality control research of products.
