穿山甲的加工方法一般采用置沸水中烫或放入石灰水中,烂去皮肉,再以清水洗净,晒干。这种方法较繁琐,需要时间长,易被久煮或石灰水泡而损失药物的成分。为此,我们利用高压锅蒸法代替以上方法,效果较好,介绍如下。将甲壳用50℃温水浸泡20分钟,软化后放入高压锅内(甲壳多时可用高压消毒器),用武火加热,以压力阀冒气时记时间,并改用文火,维持20分钟,停火,待压力阀无气时开盖,将甲壳倒入温水盆中,用手拿起抖擞,甲片可自行脱落。此法简便易行,省工
