智能电网对继电保护的智能化提出了更高的要求,寻求快速准确地反应故障,实现电网故障在线辨识的保护方法,是智能保护的发展方向。通过合理设置阀值,结合两种基于参数辨识原理的单端快速测距算法,提出一种智能保护方法。该方法依据粗略计算过渡电阻的大小选择测距算法,使保护更加快速准确地判断故障。EMTP仿真表明该保护算法计算时间短,不受过渡电阻及系统运行方式的影响,能快速准确地求取故障点到保护安装处的距离。“,”The smart grid has set a higher request to the intellectualization of relay protection.Seeking a protection method of fast and accurately responding to the faults and realizing online identification of the power grid faults is the development direction of intelligent protection.By reasonably setting the threshold values and combined with two fast single-terminal fault location algorithms based on the parameter identification principle,an intelligent protection method was proposed.The method selected the location algorithm through roughly estimating the transition resistance,which enabled the protection to diagnose the faults more quickly and accurately.EMTP simulation showed that the protection algorithm required short computation time and was not influenced by the transition resistance and the system operation mode.The algorithm could also quickly and accurately calculate the distance between the fault position and the protection installation.
