随着设备技术水平的进步,设备的精密程度和复杂性不断提高,这对于设备实现安、稳、长、满、优的运行提出了更高的要求。为了提高设备的运行效率,降低设备的故障,减少设备的维修时间和维修成本,应在设备的维护保养过程中建立起自主维护、专业维护、维修预防三圈闭环的三道保护屏障,而其中,自主维护作为第一道防护屏障,是极为关键的环节。从自主维护开展的准备工作以及自主维护的实施两个方面对自主维护在企业的开展进行论述。
With the advancement of the technological level of equipment, the precision and complexity of the equipment have been continuously improved, which raises higher requirements for the equipment to achieve stable, stable, long, full, and excellent operation.
