针对城市居民购物时停车泊位的选择问题,该文在停车者个体偏好的基础上构建泊位优选模型,并分析了购物中心停车场内各种类型泊位的效用。定量描述和分析了泊位选择的行为及特征,考虑了停车者的个体自然偏好、个体行为偏好和个体承受偏好等,并基于多项Logit模型分析了它们对泊位选择的影响程度,建立了一种基于个体偏好的多变量泊位效用模型,针对北京市宜家商场停车场内的泊位和类型分别进行了验证分析。结果表明行为偏好对泊位选择的影响最为明显,同时验证了该效用模型可以更准确地评价停车者对泊位的选择行为。
In view of the choice of parking spaces for urban residents when shopping, this paper builds a parking optimization model based on individual preferences of parking participants and analyzes the utility of various types of berths in shopping center parking lots. The behavior and characteristics of berth selection are quantitatively described and analyzed. Individual natural preferences, individual behavior preferences and individual preference preferences are considered. Based on multiple Logit models, their influence on berth selection is analyzed and a Based on the multivariate berth utility model of individual preference, the berths and types in the parking lots of IKEA store in Beijing are respectively verified and analyzed. The results show that behavioral preference has the most obvious influence on berth selection. At the same time, this utility model verifies that the utility model can more accurately evaluate parking behavior of berths.
