The first battle In 1986 April, the news of the bombing of Libya in the United States made a sensation in the world. Of course, it was certainly the budding AGM-88 high-speed anti-radar missile (hereinafter referred to as HARM) that attracted the attention of the experts concerned. The missile was the latest weapon that the United States began to equip its troops in December 1983 and this attack on Libya is the first time that it has actually been used. Although it is not yet known to launch a few HARMs, in general, it would be enough to hit one on the radar. The bombing of Libya on the 14th and the 15th two days of April 14 was reported to have fired 30 HARMs. When bombing, A-7E and
