目的：用薄层层析和紫外分析方法对调压益心胶囊中所含的钩藤成份进行分析鉴别。方法：以中药钩藤对照药材作为对照品，以０．５％ＣＭＣ－Ｎａ、硅胶Ｇ铺板，在氯仿－乙酸乙酯－乙醇（４．５∶４∶１．５）；苯－氯仿－丙酮－氨水（３∶５∶２∶０．５）二个系统中分别展开后喷碘化铋钾、碘、碘化钾试剂显色。结果：在同一薄层色谱中，和药材对照品相同的位置上，供试品显清晰分离良好的斑点，阴性对照品无此斑点。结论：该方法具有定性检查的鉴别意义，为制定调压益心胶囊质量标准提供了实验方法和依据。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze and identify the uncaria composition contained in the Yixin capsule by TLC and UV analysis. METHODS: The Chinese herbal medicine Rhynchophylla unguicula was used as a reference substance and plated with 0.5% CMC-Na and silica gel G in chloroform-ethyl acetate-ethanol (4.5:4:1.5); benzene-chloroform-acetone - Ammonia (3:5:2:0.5) was developed in two different systems by post-injection of reagents such as potassium iodide, iodine and potassium iodide. Results: In the same thin-layer chromatography, the test article was clearly and well-separated at the same position as the reference material of the medicinal material, and the negative control product had no such spot. Conclusion: This method has the qualitative significance of qualitative inspection, and provides experimental methods and basis for formulating the quality standard of regulating pressure Yixin capsule.
