对１２６例成年人多囊肾（其中男７２例，女５４例，平均年龄４４．６岁）进行了回顾性分析。无症状者１２例（９．５２％），有症状者１１４例（９０．４８％），其中肾功正常者３７例（２０．３７％），慢性肾功能衰竭７７例（６１．１１％）。临床症状以高血压最为常见，３３．３３％的病人以高血压为首发症状，高血压的发生率与慢性肾衰的进程有关。进入慢性肾衰及终未期肾衰的平均年龄分别为４７．５岁及５４．２岁。各年龄组终未期肾衰发生率与国外文献比较似有降低的趋势。
126 adult polycystic kidney (including 72 males and 54 females, mean age 44.6 years) were retrospectively analyzed. There were 12 asymptomatic cases (9.52%), 114 symptomatic cases (90.48%), 37 cases (20.37%) with normal renal function and 77 cases (61.11%) with chronic renal failure . The most common clinical symptom is hypertension, with 33.33% of patients taking hypertension as the first symptom. The incidence of hypertension is related to the progress of chronic renal failure. The average age of entering chronic renal failure and end-stage renal failure were 47.5 years and 54.2 years respectively. The incidence of end-stage renal failure in all age groups tends to be lower than that in foreign literature.
