目的为保证2014年即将召开的APEC会议期间不受病媒生物危害的影响,对APEC会议期间主要病媒生物危害与相关疾病进行风险评估,为病媒生物的防制工作提供科学依据,确保会议的顺利召开。方法于2013对APEC会址10 km范围内的环境进行病媒监测,并收集2011—2012年怀柔区病媒生物监测数据,利用风险矩阵分析法,评估APEC期间发生病媒性疾病的风险。结果 2013年APEC会址周围鼠密度为0.14只/夹次,蚊密度为2.06只/(灯·h),蝇密度为6.23只/笼,蜚蠊密度为0.01只/(张·夜),APEC会议期间存在病媒性传染病发生和病媒生物发生骚扰的危险。发生鼠疫的风险为极严重,发生病媒叮咬、影响感观的风险为极高风险水平,发生肾综合征出血热、流行性乙型脑炎、病媒破坏电力的风险为中等风险水平。结论通过科学评估病媒生物可能带来的危害风险,并针对不同风险制定相应的防控措施,从而确保APEC会议无重大病媒生物危害事件发生。

Conclusions The scientific risk assessment of vector organisms can bring about the risks and provide appropriate control measures according to different risks so as to ensure that there is no major vector biohazard event at the APEC meeting.
