将7个优良新疆杏品种引种到河北,以河北地方优良品种串枝红为对照,研究了新疆杏在河北地区的果实品质。结果表明,河北地区种植的新疆杏果实单果质量、可食率、色泽明显低于河北地方品种串枝红,而可溶性固形物含量显著高于河北地方品种;新疆杏品种间的单核质量和风味差异较大,但通过聚类分析发现,新疆杏最终聚为一类,河北地方品种串枝红为一类,说明不同品种群的品种即使在同一栽培水平条件下,仍保持了明显的品种特性。
Seven fine Xinjiang apricot cultivars were introduced to Hebei Province, and Hebei Province was used as a control. The fruit quality of Xinjiang apricot in Hebei Province was studied. The results showed that the fruit quality, edible rate and color of apricot fruits planted in Hebei were significantly lower than those of Hebei native breed, while the soluble solids content was significantly higher than that of Hebei native breed. The single-core quality and flavor of Xinjiang apricot breed But the difference was larger. However, it was found by clustering analysis that Xinjiang apricots eventually clustered into one group and that Hebei native cultivars crossed into red ones, indicating that the cultivars of different cultivars maintained distinct cultivars even under the same cultivation level .
