Anaplastic thyroid cancer is a type of thyroid malignant tumor with the lowest differentiation and the highest malignancy. Most patients have been confirmed at the time of the serious local violations and cervical lymph node metastasis, simple surgical treatment is ineffective, often need to cooperate with radiotherapy and chemotherapy and other treatment. However, most of the serious side effects of radiotherapy and chemotherapy make the patient unable to continue to be used until there is a significant therapeutic effect was forced to terminate. In recent years, electro-pulsed chemotherapy is a new method to treat tumors in foreign countries. It uses transient and intensive high-voltage pulses to increase the permeability of the cell membrane and promote the entry of anti-cancer drugs into the cells for tumor treatment. In this study, the human thyroid cancer cell line TA-K as an object, in vitro experiments of electro-pulsed chemotherapy to observe its different drug concentrations and electrical pulse conditions on cell growth, in vitro anti-tumor effect of electro-pulsed chemotherapy effect.
