家兔203只,用钾离子透入法测痛,电针单侧“合谷”和“外关”穴,观察芬太尼、羟哌氯丙嗪或灭吐灵对针刺镇痛增效的影响。在实验中发现,以芬太尼2.5、5、10μg/kg或羟哌氯丙嗪0.5、1、2mg/kg静注,均能显著提高针刺镇痛的阈值、延长时效。以灭吐灵2、4、6mg/kg静注能延长时效;当予以灭吐灵6mg/kg时能显著提高针刺镇痛的阈值。实验结果提示,阿片受体激动剂芬太尼、安定镇痛增效剂羟哌氯丙嗪或阻断脑内多巴胺(DA)受体和抗胆碱酯酶的药物灭吐灵,能促使针刺镇痛增效。
