采用悬浮式玻璃微电极技术,对10只山羊在位心室肌细胞动作电位多项参数进行了测定,并观察了开胸后动物的心率变化和人工电刺激于易颤期时,心室发生纤颤的动作电位图形,以及动作电位和心电图的关系。结果是:APH109.97±13.29mv、Vmax335.88±70.38v/s,ERP239±35.10ms、ApD100、50、10分别为318.63±48.58ms,275.58±44.94ms,138.16±13.22ms。开胸2—3小时后,心率可由开胸时的120—130次/分减慢至90—100次/分。心室纤颤一旦出现,均呈不可逆改变。心电图的QRS上升支同动作电位O相相一致,T波相当于快速复极期。
A number of parameters of the action potential of ventricular myocytes in 10 goats were determined by suspension glass microelectrode technique.
