1沼气池使用过程中的常见故障诊断与排除1.1压力表水柱上升很慢,产气量低,一时弄不清产气少还是漏气可用正负压测定。如第一天24小时内压力表水柱由零上升到10厘米,从导管处将输气管拔下来,把沼气全部放掉,在导气管处临时装一个U型压力表。从水压间内取出若干担沼液,使沼气池内变成负压。如果沼气池有漏洞池内的沼气不会漏出来,只会把池外的空气吸进去。再过24小时,把取出的沼液如数倒入水压间内,观察压力表水柱上升高度,如果与第一次水柱高度相同,说明不漏气而是产气慢;如果比第一次高了许多,说明沼气池漏气。
