应用免疫组化方法研究育龄妇女子宫内膜的Bcl-2表达,发现子宫内膜腺上皮细胞的Bcl-2表达在月经周期中存在周期性变化,从增生早期至分泌早期,腺上皮细胞均呈Bcl-2阳性反应,增生中晚期Bcl-2表达最强,至分泌中晚期则表达基本消失。子宫平滑肌细胞中的Bcl-2表达在月经周期中则不存在明显的周期性变化。腺上皮细胞Bcl-2的周期性变化与子宫内膜的周期性增生和脱落是一致的,说明Bcl-2可能具有抑制子宫内膜细胞凋亡的作用。此外,子宫内膜腺上皮Bcl-2表达的周期性变化可能受雌、孕激素的调控。
Immunohistochemistry was used to study the expression of Bcl-2 in endometrium of women of childbearing age. The expression of Bcl-2 in endometrial glandular epithelial cells was found to have periodic changes in menstrual cycle. From the early proliferative stage to the early stage of secretory phase, the glandular epithelial cells Bcl-2 positive reaction, the proliferation of late expression of Bcl-2 strongest, to the late secretion of the basic disappeared. Bcl-2 expression in uterine smooth muscle cells in the menstrual cycle, there is no significant periodic changes. Cyclical changes of Bcl-2 in glandular epithelial cells are consistent with the periodic hyperplasia and shedding of endometrium, indicating that Bcl-2 may have the effect of inhibiting the apoptosis of endometrial cells. In addition, the cyclical changes of Bcl-2 expression in endometrial glandular epithelium may be regulated by estrogen and progesterone.
