在硫酸介质及吐温存在下 ,丁基罗丹明 B( BRB)与铋钼杂多酸形成离子缔合物 ,缔合物的最大吸收波长位于 6 0 6 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为 1 .7× 1 0 6L· mol-1· cm-1,铋质量浓度在 0~ 0 .2 4μg/ m L范围内服从比尔定律。缔合物至少稳定 2 4 h,其摩尔比为 n( Bi)∶n( Mo)∶n( BRB) =1∶ 1 2∶ 4。考察了 2 0余种共存离子的影响 ,大多数常见元素不干扰。本法已用于矿样、合金中铋的测定。
In the presence of sulfuric acid and Tween, butyl rhodamine B (BRB) forms an ion-association complex with bismuth molybdenum heteropoly acid. The maximum absorption wavelength of the association is at 660 nm with an apparent molar absorption coefficient of 1. 7 × 106 L · mol-1 · cm-1, and the bismuth concentration obeys Beer’s law in the range of 0 ~ 0.24 μg / m L. The association was stable for at least 24 h with a molar ratio of n (Bi): n (Mo): n (BRB) = 1: 1: 4. The effects of more than 20 kinds of coexisting ions were examined, and most common elements did not interfere. This method has been used for the determination of bismuth in mineral samples and alloys.
